Dear Parents and Guardians, 

It has been an exciting two days for students and staff since we opened our doors yesterday morning. There was a palpable sense of excitement in the building and students and staff enjoyed reconnecting with teachers and friends and saying hello to new classmates and teachers. I look forward to the weeks and months ahead with a focus of learning and growing. 

On Wednesday morning, the basketball backboards and hoops were installed so that SPB students were the first to play basketball on the new court behind our building. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all students, parents/guardians and staff who helped realizing this large project that was first brought up in a Student Council meeting two years ago. Well done students for advocating and fundraising for this improvement of our school and thank you to everyone who supported the many fundraisers by students and our amazing Parent Association. We look forward to seeing many of you next Friday at 12 pm to officially open the new court.

Friday, September 6

Friday will be a homeroom day and students will have the opportunity to purchase food from a variety of food trucks.

Opening of Basketball Court – Parents are invited to arrive at noon. Food trucks will still be onsite.
