SPB Top Banner Nov 17 2025

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Last week, our students elected a new SPB Student Council Leadership Team. Sophie and Mykaela will join Mathias (all Grade 9 students) as Student Council Presidents due to James stepping down from his position at the end of last year. Katelyn and Aven (both Grade 8 students) were elected as Student Council Vice Presidents to complete our team. Sr. Toro and I will work closely with the leadership team to support their work. I am incredibly proud of the work the SPB Student Council has done over the past year and having listened to all of the candidates’ speeches and answers to probing question of other student council members, I am convinced that this year’s Student Council team will continue the outstanding work of past years group and make SPB an even better school for our students.

If you would like to get more involved with Senator Patrick Burns School, why don’t you join us this Wednesday for our second School Council Meeting followed by a meeting of our Parent Association which is doing all the amazing fundraising work to support our school. Please see below for the link for this month’s meeting

Kind regards,

Sr. Ludwigsen, Principal
