Dear Parents and Guardians,

As we are approaching the end of the school year, I want to extend my sincere gratitude to every one of you who supported us this year. You are our partner in setting up your children for success - in their learning, their extracurricular activities and supporting them to mature as responsible members of our community. Without your support we would not have been able to complete our amazing new basketball court (your children might do the fundraising be we all know where the money comes from in the end!), we would not have been able to go on countless trips (no volunteers – no trips!), we would have played and performed in empty spaces (thank you for all your cheers and applause for all sports, robotics, band and drama performances!) and we would not have had a critical partner in our school council who questioned and supported us throughout the year. Also, without you I would have no one to send my weekly messages to – I hope you found them informative and maybe even entertaining. Thank you for your encouragement and feedback for our staff and myself – we know you are proud Bronco parents as well.

We are looking forward to Monday’s Grade 9 Farewell celebration to mark the end of the middle school journey for our Grade 9 Broncos and I hope that I get to connect with some of you. You can be proud of your children and what they have accomplished – we will miss them next year.

Have a great weekend.

Art and Photography students:

Dear art and photography students and families,

I hope this message finds you well. As we prepare for the upcoming summer renovations in the art room, I want to gently remind you to take your artwork home at the end of the term. I truly understand how much time and effort you've poured into your projects, and it’s important to me that you have the chance to keep them. Unfortunately, we won't have the space to store anything that is left behind, and it would be disheartening for those pieces to be disposed of.

Thank you for your understanding, and I appreciate your cooperation during this transition. The remaining items will be disposed after June 25. Wishing you all a wonderful conclusion to the term! Sra. Herrera

Peter and the Starcatcher Props and Costumes

Thank you so much to everyone who lent us props and costume pieces for our first school play! If you would like your items back returned, please send your child to retrieve it this week or come visit the cafeteria on Tuesday, June 24 between 3:00 and 4:30. Props that are not picked up will be stored in the drama room over the summer and will need to be retrieved in September.

Lost and found

Please remind your child to check the lost and found if they are missing any belongings. The remaining items will be donated after June 25.

Clothing and shoe items from the changing rooms have been placed into a temporary lost and found for PE in front of the Main Office. Please have your child check for any missing items prior to summer break!
